Gail Camille Castillo is Performance and Continuous Improvement Advisor for Royal Dutch Shell. With 12 years in her field, she oversees operations for natural gas, oversees production, availability and liability, and all improvement projects.
This role came to her, and she fell in love with it. She is an expert in Project Management, and holds an Associates Degree in Business, 2015. She is a member of PMI and CIPS. She is in charge of teaching and coaching in her field, and has become an ACI specialist in Trinidad.
She credits her success to her drive and her eagerness to be great. She loves seeing her growth from all her hard-work, and being able to put herself out of the box and being a leader.
She enjoys reading fictional novels, planning events, decorating, and running. She is an affiliate of Saint Vincent de Paul and The Trail Blazers. She looks forward to networking with like-minded professionals. She speaks fluent French, Dutch, English, Italian and German.
