More than 25 years
Gail Rose Marie Hudson is the Senior Director for Ministry of Health. She has been in her field for over eleven years now. Gail deals with all human resource operations recruitment, placement termination administration property, overseas procurement and information technology.
Gail says she was prompted to go into this profession because she loves developing others. Her expertise are in training and coaching. She has a degree in Human Resource Management and Public Sector Management from the University of West Indies 2003 and 2010.
She has does some lecturing at the West Indies University over the past 12 years.
Gail won the Justice of the Peace Award. In the next few years she hopes to start training within the company and do more public speaking. She says the key to her success have come from her acts of service. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
