Galit Rif Rotchas is the CFO of Halman Aldubi Group. She is the Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in finance in publicly traded companies in international markets. Currently overseeing the Halman Aldubi Group's management of provident and pension funds, Galit is a seasoned public accounting professional with extensive operational background and proven management capabilities in multiple global business environments.
She was prompted to go into this field when because in 1993 she started at the university and was great in math, she could choose either engineering or accounting and chose accounting to deal more with people than machines. She says her biggest achievement was being part of a team that established a company from scratch in Australia that created 300 jobs for engineers in Israel.
In the future Galit hopes to do something with meaning around education and changing inefficient processes used in finance and accounting or in operations. She also wants to help other companies, especially small businesses that want to grow, achieve their full capacity. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
