Geetha Reddy had her initial education in India, where she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Upon getting married, she moved to the United Kingdom and began working for CareHome. Today, she serves as Director of the New London Educational Trust, where she trains individuals in functional skills such as English and mathematics.
Highly skilled in organizational management and finance, Geetha is dedicated to drive the organization forward and to reach more disadvantaged people. She credits her success to being consistent, facing challenges head on, and always being prepared to think about the next step. She is a member of the British Psychology Society and a former member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
Outside of work, Geetha enjoys theatre acting and volunteers with a children's charity in India.
