Genevieve Easley-Gibson is the Director of Quality at GE Healthcare, responsible for a mammoth facility where she manages and oversees the quality assurance processes for all logistics including, warehousing, distribution, packaging, crating and transportation for GE Healthcare. She is responsible for maintaining the facilities ISO certification, customer interface, employee training matrix and inventory. She reports directly to the president of GE Healthcare on all logistic process improvement matters and protocols, as well as six sigma training and progress goals.
Genevieve moved to Milwaukee and initially worked as a temp. She has always been a person who looked at processes, and worked to improve them to assure the best outcomes. She attributes the keys to her success to a good support system and 8 siblings for whom she wants to serve as a role model as the oldest. She has a firm belief she has a purpose bigger than herself. Her greatest achievement has been training staff members to take on new opportunities and make advances.
