Professional Accomplishments
Continuing the legacy of my late husband as majority owner of Broadline Medical, Inc. Co-Owner since conception in 1994. Board Chair from 2004 thru present and succeeded to President/CEO & continued as Board Chair in July, 2011.
Founded a sole proprietor real estate office in December 1995 which later incorporated in 1999. Expanded the business and mentored a team of up to 12 Sales Associates over a 15 year period and gained recognition as one of Oakland’s Premier Boutique real estate brokerages.
Became a Director of the Oakland Association of REALTORS® from 1999 to 2010 and during that period held many positions including but not limited to: Membership Chair & Housing Opportunity Liaison, 2003 President of O.A.R. with the theme, “Together, Making a Difference”. The goal was to improve communications between OAR, minority real estate trade organizations, the City of Oakland’s leadership, and other neighboring REALTOR® boards. Mission Accomplished!
2008 Realtor of the Year.
Appointed to the National Association of REALTORS® Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee by the NAR President in 2003 and was reappointed in 2005, 2006 & 2008.
Appointed to a 3 year Trustee position for the Issues Mobilization Political Action Committee for the California Association of REALTORS® and a 2 year term as a member of the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee for C.A.R.
Appointed Vice Chair of C.A.R.’s Housing Opportunity Committee, Liaison for the Housing Affordability Fund, and Member of the Legislative Committee and Key Legislative Contact

Co-Owner and Secretary for the Corporation. Frederick J. Richardson, Jr. founder served as CEO/President. Helped with the initial start up of Broadline as Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative. Assisted with visioning and strategic planning for the company.

90% Shareholder (80% Preferred Stock, 10% Common Stock (set aside as part of an executive incentive program). Ownership role changed after the death of founder. Served as board Chair and was responsible for Public and Political Relations on behalf of Broadline. Met monthly with the appointed President/CEO to assist with strategic planning and business and vision planning for Broadlline.

Georgia W. Richardson is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadline Medical Inc., an importer and distributor of medical surgical supplies located in Richmond, California. Broadline Medical Inc. provides medical and surgical supplies, as well as disposable apparel, towels and sponges, isolation gowns, and medical/surgical kits assembly. Within her current position, Ms. Richardson is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a skilled staff, implementing changes to maintain the quality of the organization, and pursuing and procuring new business opportunities. With twenty years of experience within her professional field, Ms. Richardson has become an expert in sales, marketing, business development, meeting with group purchasing organizations and end-users, and developing professional relationships. Ms. Richardson feels that her hard work, courage, determination, and strong Christian and family values, have greatly attributed to her success.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Richardson gained a wealth of experience while taking on roles such as Co-Owner, Chairman of the Board, President, CEO, and from 1995 until 2011, Real Estate Broker Owner of Richardson Real Estate Services.
Throughout her extensive career, Ms. Richardson has had affiliations with various professional organizations such as the Western Region National Minority Supplier Development Council, the MBEIC- Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee, and the local, state and national Association of Realtors. She is a former Director of the Asomugha Foundation, a former Commissioner of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority, and former President of the Oakland Association of Realtors. She has also been the recipient of numerous honors and awards such as the Realtor of the Year Award in 2008. In addition, she is a contributor to many charitable organizations such as her local Church, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Oakland, EOYDC, and the Asomugha Foundation.
In her spare time, Ms. Richardson enjoys art, biking, movies, plays, basketball, football, soccer, and bowling. In the future, she expects to grow Broadline from $8.3 Million to $15M within a five year period.
