Gina Villanueva-Weinzierl is a Lecturer at WU Wien and IBC Hetzendorf. She has 19 years of professional experience in education. Currently, she is teaching for 25 hours in a secondary high-school; she is teaching accounting and controlling, metrics. She also teaches two seminars about academic writing in the late afternoons and evenings. Gina was prompted to go into this field when she moved to Europe and wanted a change from her previous career in banking, she also had kids so she wanted to have a schedule built around theirs. Her expertise are in finance, controlling and marketing metrics. Gina is currently working on her PhD in International Marketing. She has an MBA from Northwestern in the Philippines, 1985 and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of the Philippines. Gina belongs to AIESEC, is on the board for Northwestern Alumni of Austria and she is a board member for PACES. She does public speaking when requested for smaller societies, also for the American Women's Association and the Cosmopolitan Women’s Association in the Philippines. Gina graduated Summa Cum Laude for her Bachelor’s, she is a continuous member of the Honors Society and she has won the award for Most Involved Member from AIESEC. In the future she plans to continue to lecture as an adjunct professor because she wants to be a traveling lecture. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
