Gina Herrera CEO & Founder of Expedient Staffing Solutions, Inc. she focuses on setting and enabling the highest levels of professional standards and client service, all with the aim of delivering outstanding results. As an accomplished professional with over 25 years’ experience in the staffing industry, specializing in IT and non IT Contingent Workforce and Vendor Management Solutions. Ms. Herrera’s strengths are in Human Capital Solutions, sales management, strategic planning, business operations, recruitment, retention strategies, training, and process improvements. Over the years she has negotiated complex contractual agreements, including, exclusivity contracts, project-based statement of work, and standard staffing contracts including sub-supplier master agreements. Prior to Expedient Ms. Herrera held a position as Director of Staffing Solutions where she was responsible for building the Contingent Workforce Services Division. The division grew from a 9million to a 30milion in revenue, increased headcount from 26 Contingent Workers to over 450 contractors working nationally on-site at our clients. Principal responsibility was day-to-day operating activities, client relationship management, revenue, sales growth, and fulfillment through many lines of business. Throughout her career, Ms. Herrera has implemented vendor management programs. Her team was responsible for pioneering a Vendor Management Program for a leading telecommunications company. This innovative approach to Vendor Management resulted in over $100 million in savings. Ms. Herrera has worked with client organizations of all sizes across many industries, with a strong focus on understanding the client's business needs, and delivering solutions that meet those objectives. Ms. Herrera brings extensive industry experience along with a passion for delivering world-class service and solutions to our clients.
