For eighteen years Gioconda worked for a multinational company leader in the Oilfield Service business. During this period, she provided remote and on based support to the majority of the Latin American countries which depends on the oil industry. In addition, he had the opportunity to have five international assignments (expatriate) all of them within the human resources function.
Gioconda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. She gained vast experience providing face-to-face customer service, implementation, standardization and continuous improvement of process and HR policies. As well as the management of compensation and benefits for Centers of Excellence.
These positions have given her key employability skills while also allowing him to experience working in a professional and fast-paced environment. As a result, he has acquired practical capabilities that will meet the needs of WAoFP.
