Gita Nilforoush, Founder and Director of Meditation For All Ages, is an experienced mindfulness teacher with over 25 years of study in Buddhism philosophy and meditation practices with internationally renown meditation masters. Gita is equipped with extensive management and finance experience, both as a high-level executive and an entrepreneur. In the upcoming years, she would like to engage in more public speaking and take on new challenges.
Gita’s purpose is to have a positive impact on the lives of others, improving their quality of life, both individually and collectively as a society. She believes in the power of mediation as a tool for balance and calmness for the individual.
