The Foundation works to rescue children working in child labor and places them in schools. Gladys' good friend asked her to join the organization and over the years, she moved up the ranks and was asked to be a board member.

On a daily basis, Gladys Quarshie leads correspondence with these companies and acts as a liaison between her customers and other companies. She does business internationally, in countries including Holland, Germany, and Canada. Gladys credits her success to being well organized and being knowledgeable in her industry. Additionally, she credits her success to being ahead of the competition. Within the next few years, Gladys is thinking of retiring and plans to travel the world and publish a Ghanian recipe book. Gladys is fluent in English and Ga and has a working knowledge of French and Twi.
