Gabriela Olmeda is the Owner of a Food Service Consulting. She has had this company for 15 years and has been in the field of food safety for over 25 years. Her company develops programs for food safety in Mexico in order to ensure that citizens and tourists do not get ill.
Gabriella says this opportunity came after she graduated from college and then started her career working for the department of tourism for 10 years. She was also motivated to go into this field after being aware of a statistic that said 8 out of 10 tourists in the area had gotten ill due to Montezuma's Revenge.
Gabriela has a Master’s Degree in Food Safety. She is a member of the Mexican Department of Tourism Association. Gabriella attributes her success to her passion and hard work. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
