Helena Alexandre has over 18 years of experience in her current field. She prepares government public policies that deal with gender equalities and she creates budgets for these policies.
She has a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from the Institute of Applied Psychology in Lisbon from 2001. She also has a Master’s in Public Policies from the University of Lisbon from 2010. She belongs to the Public Management Association of Portugal. In her free time she enjoys traveling and reading.
