Hester Haenraets has over 20 years of experience as a trailblazer in the aviation industry. Hester has had her own aviation consulting business for almost 6 years and has garnered clients all over the world. She designs and trains customized safety and risk management programs for the clients whom she serves. She has a "soup to nuts" approach to training by implementing programs for ground crews, flight crews, to the highest level of aviation staff in the corporate environment. There is no aspect of the aviation business that she is unable to design and deliver a system for. Her customized training classes include but are not limited to, risk management, organizational safety and so on. She is also sought out to translate the ever changing and complicated aviation policies to user friendly formats. Among her numerous accomplishments, she has built safety management systems for the Dutch light rail aviation system. Hester received her commercial pilot license with twin engine rating from O.B.S. in 1996.
