Hilda has been involved in the healthy nutritional consumables sector for over 20 yrs. She is currently the founder and owner of Delicias Janaki. Her company focuses on the creation of gluten free consumables. She is currently producing cookies, breads, desserts and snacks. Hlda's work allows her to be and stay creative. She hopes to be an example to her children and to honor the legacy of discipline, perseverance, creativity and commitment. She lives a life full of purpose.
