Furnishing contract technical advice to the ACO. f. Reporting any inconsistencies found in orders that are not in accordance with contract requirements. g. Reporting price discrepancies, delivery and pricing concerns, etc. If applicable, notifies the ACO of situation. h. Recommending in writing to the ACO any proposed contract changes along with a justification for the proposed/required change. i. Ensuring that contract changes are not implemented before written authorization by the CO is received. j. Ensuring that a process is in place for reconciling the B09 Report with the invoice and 1358. k. Acts as liaison between the PPV, Ordering Officer and ACO by: (1) Maintaining a working contract file showing actions taken. (2) Keeping the ACO informed of contractor's contract performance. i. When applicable, reporting and providing documentation to the ACO of unresolved concerns. j. Participating and providing feedback on conference calls and/or performance surveys as deemed necessary. k. Ensuring that a process exists for verifying invoice prices versus confirmation print back (acknowledge order) prices for all invoices. l. m.
