After over 18 years spent with Proctor & Gamble, Hilmer Silva is the Section Head of Innovation & Capability, a role in which she creates innovation capabilities for the company and conducts consumer research and innovation testing through the analysis of consumer insight. In this role, Ms. Silva brings unprecedented expertise in business development, marketing, and strategic research application. After receiving her Master's degree in Marketing Business Development at Metropolitan University in Caracas, Venezuela, Ms. Silva went on to enjoy rapid success in her field. Frequently lauded for her work, she won the CEO Award at Proctor & Gamble, a global honor within the international scope of the company. Moving forward, Ms. Silva hopes to remain at Proctor & Gamble and to reach a doctoral level. She hopes to continue with consumer research and to introduce further product innovation in Latin American countries such as Mexico and Brazil. Ms. Silva hopes to continue networking internationally with likeminded female professionals.
