Hana has a brother named Dr. Adman Kaddaha as well as two sisters, Dr. Ghaida Kaddaha and Dr. Raja Kaddaha.
16-20 Years
Hana Kaddaha Khatib has been in the marketing and advertising industry for over 20 years. Hana began her career in marketing with Memac Ogilvy & Mather Dubai in 1994, focusing on the Arab Gulf markets. In her 20 years of experience in strategic communication channel planning, analysis, and negotiations, she has worked with such high-profile local and international brands as Unilever, American Express, Kimberly Clark, Kraft, IBM, Arab Bank, Rolex, Coca Cola, Gilette, GSK, Samsung, Nike, LG, and Azadea Group. During her time at these corporations, she gained eleven years of experience in agency management. She is currently the Managing Director at Mindshare in Lebanon. Her role is to handle many different functions, including making sure the company achieves healthy profitability, ensure healthy levels, maintain healthy relationship with suppliers while improving client relationships. For the last 15 years with Mindshare, she has served in a number of different capacities and has been instrumental in enhancing services offered to clients in the Levant, recruiting and developing talented staff, and growing Mindshare's portfolio of clients. Hana does business internationally but has clients in local markets. Hana is fluent in Arab and English. Hana has put her work to the side to engage in volunteer work working with the elderly and kids in orphanages. She has been interviewed for her work since 2013. At this point Hana would like to network with other like-minded professionals, exchange experiences and make connections with other executives. Hana has won many awards for her work and bases her success on client relationships, utilizing ideas and her passion. Within the next few years Hana hopes to retire from her company and start her own business.
