Always willing to take on a new challenge, Holly Kutil is known for her dedication and precision for each project she takes on. Her ever-present drive for success and growth has driven her to the C-Suite and beyond, now taking on a consulting role for a growing tech company that is revolutionizing organizational productivity management. Holly experienced the workforce’s transition from paper to PC first-hand, and now leads the forefront in continuing to move companies around the world toward more accurate, more efficient automation services.
Holly is an all encompassing leader, in which she negotiates deals with clients, as well as mentors her junior staff to grow into their individual talents and strengths, both in and outside of the workplace. She prioritizes the growth and development of her staff, clients, colleagues, friends, and family, encouraging everyone to “face their fears” head on. Holly looks forward to networking with future peers to share her pillars of success, as well as learn from other women’s experiences as we continue to make strides into leadership around the world.
In leisure, Holly enjoys time with her family, travelling to tropical locations, and keeping up with the latest in social media tech. She is an avid reader, she recommends John C. Maxwell’s success driven book, “Failing Forward.” Holly is also a Microsoft enthusiast, and one of the 12 All-Stars of the NAVUG community. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
