I'm an economist working on the SMEs and start-up business development.
I'm also interested in economic and social development, in special the impact investment field.

I'm an economist passionate about developing small businesses towards a bright and healthy future.
Part of my time I dedicate to voopter.com, which is the #1 flight metasearch in Brazil. I'm responsible for company's finances and operations. These are some of my atributions: (i) Business Planning; (ii) Advice regarding Brazil’s economics and politics; (iii) Monthly reports to investors (cash flow and income statement); (iv) Budgeting and control regarding company's OPEX, Cost of Goods Sold, Income, Revenue and Employees Taxes, SG&A and CAPEX; (v) Manage company’s costs in order to keep the budget; (vi) New investors analysis, Term Sheets, Due Diligence and others; and (vii) Brazilian laws and burocracy to international investors; (viii) Review company’s sales contracts; (ivv) Implementation and tracking of OKR methodology and (vv) HR situations.
The other 50% of my schedule, I dedicate to Ligada Program, a DFID funded project, focused on women and girls’ economic empowerment. Through entrepreneurship & tech training and incubator facilities, we expect to provide a brighter future to them in Mozambique.
My team and I intent to work with SMEs in general in order to prepare them to be eligible to receive equity investment.
