With over 13 years of experience in her field, Icela Martin is a Health and Safety Consultant for Agricultural Safety Training where she instructs farmers or farm workers with Health and Safety Regulations such as CPR, sexual harassment and pesticide use and conducts orientations as well as office work, field work, accounting and administration.
Icela is a member of Nappa Valley Unified, Nappa County Farm Borough, FFA, and the Future Farmer's of America. Also a radio personality, she speaks on the Media Show, Latino Between KBON 1440, every Thursday on Latino culture and how some issues are faced. Moving forward, Icela plans to grow and build her company and to start a podcast.
