IIaria Brustia has over 10 years of experience in her current field. She is the Managing Director for Rafael Farm and Electragi. With the farm she is working on control operations, managing cost, deciding which product to cultivate for example rice and choosing which kind of rice to cultivate from year to year.
With Electragi she is managing a few projects in renewable energy sources and everything from coordinating engineers to liaison with legal team to take care of the legal logistics. Her father started theses business, and she came back to Italy to help, and she likes that these businesses help people and create sustainable way of life. She has an MBA from the Universidad Lugi Bocconi from 2016.
In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
