Ines R. Wright is the CEO of WADC Inc, (Wright's Adolescent Development Center, Inc.) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides residential care and treatment to abused, neglected, and abandoned children. Their motto: "Save the children". With over 28 years of experience in her career, Ines is best known for promoting positive and effective behavior modification and thereby improve adolescents' lives and watch them become productive and respected members of society. In her current role, Ines is responsible for helping children develop self-esteem, self-pride, self-confidence, and respect for others in a nonthreatening, fair, and respectful environment; and handling the logistics and day to day operations. In 1972, Ines earned a Public Accountant, Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration in Quito, Ecuador. In the near future, Ines plans to begin her retirement. She attributes her success to hard work, determination. She fuels her motivation with her father's (Jorge H. Teran Gavilanez) business savvy and willingness to help others and her mother's Blanca M. Arroyo-Teran) patience and resilience to continue to do so year after year. Ines along with her husband Dell Wright founded W.A.D.C., Inc. For more than twenty-eigh years Ines has not only helped countless at risk-youth throughout California but also inspired and trained others to do the same, sharing her belief and W.A.D.C., Inc. philosophy that with integrity and giving your all, anything is possible. Ines work has not gone unnoticed. She was featured on the cover of "Inspiring the Youth of America" (2015-2016 edition) and awarded the Visionary Award of Humanitarian Contribution by the Remington Registry. She was also included in the Women of Distinction Magazine, American Latino Who's Who, Cambridge Who's Who, as an Honored Member and Covington Who's Who Executive Professionals registries. W.A.D.C., Inc. received official recognition for its efforts and contributions to society from the State Assembly Office and the office of the U. S. Congressman. Ines is very proud of all she has accomplished thus far and she is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member of the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals.
