Inna Miretski, Founder and Chief Instructor at Utkata Yoga, is a yoga practitioner of nearly ten years. Established in 2015, Utkata Yoga is Toronto's only 30-minute office chair yoga service with online sessions that do not require any preparation or equipment. Inna has mixed cultural, educational and professional backgrounds, having lived in three countries and speaking three languages: Russian, Hebrew, English. Born in the USSR to a mixed Russian-Jewish family, Inna spent her early childhood in Crimea. In the second grade, her family immigrated to Israel. For the first few years life was hard as her parents worked hard to renew their MD licenses. Inna watched and learned, realizing both men and women can achieve success and reach their goals. Inspired by her parents, Inna works to utilize her life experiences to drive change and inspire others. In Israel, Inna graduated from high school with an excellent GPA, was recruited into an elite military unit. She served as a Research Analyst in IDFs International Affairs Department for two years then was accepted into Israel's top university, The Hebrew University. She graduated with a double major: a BA in International Relations and Communications and Journalism. Her academic excellence earned her a six-month internship with the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
