Iris Yuxin Li is the Executive Director of Tiande US, a family owned business. Her job is something she has always wanted to do. She is the next generation for the family business, which started in China in 2000, focusing in construction and real estate development. The business expanded in Canada in 2011 and the US in 2015. As the Executive Director and Vice President, she is leading the US team actively investing in real estate, especially in the hospitality industry. Now they are the developers, builders and owners in real estate, providing services in construction, hotel renovation and hotel furniture supply.
Iris has spoken at the city's small business conference in the Greater Atlanta Area, and was recently featured on the local news for events the company organized. In the next few years, she plans on developing the US branch of the company in the hospitality industry. The key to her success has been responsibility.
