Ilhiana is a Brand Marketing and Business strategist with over 20 years experience in Marketing and Sales in top 500 companies such as P&G, Hanesbrands and Hasbro Toys in Mexico and US headquarters. This last one gave her a well-deserved opportunity to move to the United States where she obtained Global Marketing experience and solidified her business and strategic expertise. During this time she spearheaded the development of a new Multicultural strategy with a special focus on Hispanic marketing to attract and engage the fast-growing Hispanic population in the US. Throughout her professional career, Ilhiana enjoyed being a coach and mentor to her direct reports guiding them to become high potential leaders while achieving personal excellence. Recently she decided to take on coaching in a professional manner obtaining her Professional Coach Certificate and creating BeLIVE, a coaching and consulting practice that provides tailored solutions to empower & transform people's lives to achieve a happy, successful and fulfilling life.
