Isabel Romero Cruz is the Engineering Manager at Citibanamex for several years and has been working in this area for 14 years. She works with global teams, ensures all the correct statements of the platforms and talks with local teams to ensure all the systems are equally implemented. Isabel originally studied Business Administration and worked with an IT team in the beginning. She gained a passion for engineering in IT throughout her early years with the company, was a project manager working with a lot of technology and found a passion for IT and has since been in that field.
Isabel’s area of expertise is project management. She is noted for getting things in control and being very good at being able to understand people and gauge their needs and wants. Isabel has a Bachelor’s Degree and and IT Engineering Certificate from Mexico City in 2013. She is not yet doing any public speaking but is working towards doing some in the future.
In the next few years she sees herself staying at Citi Company and sees a lot of opportunities to move up within company. Isabel’s key to success has been her passion for IT and for her drive to learn more and keep gaining knowledge.
