Isabella Tater is the HR Director of Operations France & EMEA Operations Support for Beam Suntory Courvoisier. She has been with the company for over 8 years and has been the HR Director for the past 3 years. Isabella supports the international supply chain including Europe and Asia
Isabella’s expertise is in Human Resources. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris from 2003. She is preparing a PhD n management science about happiness workpace. She is a member of the Rotary Club and is the VP of Feminin Pluriel. She does some public speaking at academic seminars for her PhD.
In the future Isabella plans to continue to in a more international role. The keys to her success are passion, tenacity and network. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member by sharing her future results about her happiness research.
