Isabelle Sarkis is a savvy, dynamic Change Management consultant and coach who recently established her own consultancy and coaching practice. She advises companies on change management and employees, and provides coaching and advice to CEO's. Isabelle originally started out as a financial analyst, then served as VP of Banque Francaise de l'Orient that was part of Groupe Crédit Agricole where she managed a team of financial analysts, and also was HR Manager in charge of communications for 14 years in Paris. She left to set up an events management business focused on leisure and ran it for 2 years before parlaying into a GM role at a commercial real estate company for 7 years. Isabelle was really seeking a different venture that would allow her to maximize her diverse skills and experience in a role that would provide a higher level of satisfaction and really match who she is, so she embarked on her current path of coaching for French and English companies where she can provide her expansive knowledge, experience, and vision of how companies function and deal with change, which comes very rapidly. Ms. Sarkis feels she has always had the capacity to adapt to any situation, even if she wasn't the ideal person for a given task, and excels in managing a situation quite well, while learning quickly about the intricacies involved. Also, she brings a very open-minded approach to life and her work, and is always listening to what people bring to a situation. Isabelle thrives on establishing and building very long relationships. Her focus includes professional networking and creating business opportunities, and providing services to companies mostly in the change management arena, specifically companies that are overwhelmed by change and how quick it is in the current environment. The centerpiece of these relationships is now her strong ability to effectively and coach people to be more efficient. She would also like to establish teaching opportunities in management and leadership at universities and business schools.
