Isabel Sepulveda has had 4 years of experience in her current position, but 18 years in her career. In her current role she does project management, program coordination, client retention and acquisition, she takes initiative in new programs. She has always had a passion for commercial industry and finances. Her bachelors degree is in commercial industry.
She received her Bachelor’s at la Universidad Catholica de Chile, which is an internationally ranked as one of the best schools. The highlight of her career includes her best student award that she received while at the university. She belongs to civil associations. She used to be a teacher and has done quite a bit of lecturing. Since then she has been published in a medical magazine in Chile due to her mathematical research.
A doctor performed a series of operations and she calculated the time frame in which it took to get the patient to the point of surgery. She found that there was a drastic wait time for patients so she published that research along the doctor who performed the procedure in a medical magazine in Chile. She continues to thrive at her current job. She has received an excellence award in her university and has been commemorated for her involvement in a program dedicated to micro-finance. She has also received an internal award for her work with micro-finances. She hopes to continue growing career wise at the bank she is in now, but also more towards commercial credit for bigger companies. The key to her success has been her education, her family who gave her the values she has now. She believes it is important to take opportunities as they come and work hard and be responsible. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
