Ivette De Jacobis is the Founder and CEO of Call Center of Mexico, a leader in the field of customer service and considered one of the 10 centers of Mexico's leading company contact. During her career and through her personal history, she was always interested in studying the different theories and practices of leadership issues and personal growth and synthesizing them into simple and practical tools that she could use to improve the emotional well-being in herself and people around her to maintain a constructive culture in the company. This has now become Ivette’s passion, which has led her to research, develop and create new strategies that cause transformation and constant reinvention for both herself, her family and her team. Ivette has a Degree in Business Administration from the Anahuac University and a Diploma in Senior Management by ITESM, as well as another in Positive Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamericana. In addition, she studied in the Positive Leadership program at the University of Michigan and has a certificate granted by the Collaborative Practice Group Champs Elysees.
