Ivette Elisa Martinez Saenz is a Panamanian sole practitioner with more than twenty five years of experience. She is a corporate and commercial lawyer and advises both local and international clients on different issues and transactions related to doing business in Panama.
Her motivation for becoming a lawyer was the fact that the legal profession is quite versatile and provides ample fields of expertise. Also, contributing to the rule of law attracted her from the beginning of her career. She has a Master's Degree in Banking Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University in 1996.
