Isabel Worthington is the owner of Chandra Yoga. She has owned the company for one year and previously was in the advertising field for eleven years. On a day to day basis she works with kids and teachers, handles the legal process for the company, builds their website and offers programs to local schools in Chile where they don’t have physical education classes. She also teaches breathing techniques and mediation.
Isabel says that she specializes in instructing youth. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Communication from Catolica University in 2000. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Chile involving her industry and internal and external education involving metrics. Isabel was published in a magazine in Peru about education topics. She was awarded for Best Media Plan in her previous company three years in a row.
She says that the key to her success has been never giving up, always working to improve her knowledge and striving to make a difference. In the next few years she hopes to consolidate her programs, integrate more people into them and to create employment opportunities for people in her community. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
