Jacqueline Thomson is the Customer Care Operations Manager for Flow Trinidad Limited and she has nearly 20 years of experience in her career field. She says on a day to day basis she manages all the care center operations, is responsible for the staff and handles all the calls for the Bahamas market. Jacqueline’s main areas of expertise are in training and developing along with retail sales processes. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and graduated from the Australian Institute of Business in 2015. She says that she has always been a problem solver by nature and was a supervisor before she moved into management. She says that her spirituality has been an instrumental part of her success. She is a cancer survivor as well as a parent of two. In the next few years she says that she will continue working on her personal development, hopes to start writing a book pertaining to people and development and wants to start lecturing and training. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
