An esteemed professional of over 20 years, Joudia Boujdaini is an International Business Director for CAF Signalling where she brings unprecedented expertise in engineering, sales, international communications and strategic planning to her role. After earning her Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from a business school in Spain in 1997, Ms. Boujdaini went on to earn rapid success in her field. She is a member of Trade Matex, the International Roadway Association, UNITE, CEOE, and the Trade Association for Commercial Organization. When not engaged with work, Ms. Boujdaini enjoys reading, sports and travel. Moving forward, she hopes to network with international likeminded professionals as much as possible. Working as a professional of the Railway Signalling and control sector since 2003. Graduated as Industrial Technical Engineer on the Superior Polytechnic School of the University of Jaen and PMD (Program for Management Development) on ESADE Business School. Born on August 1st 1972 Quadrilingual in Arabic Spanish French and English. WORK EXPERIENCE International Business Director of CAF SIGNALLING since 2011. Under my responsibilities is the Design of the business plan for the international markets, the strategy for short and long term and to pursue, control and achieve the objectives established by the organization. In former functions, I had acted as Area Manager in THALES, having the responsibility of the development of railway business opportunities in Brazil and Argentina. And previously, since 2003 started in ELIOP, the former company acquired by CAF. The responsibility was to develop the international business for railway signalling since the beginning of its challenge entering such market, in the Infrastructure Business Unit. In the commercial area, I had played the role of Export Sales Manager in EUROMAQUINA and Commercial Manager in INESPAL CONVERSION, developing new markets in North Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe. I had been managing existing customers and developing new ones.
