Janet Bower Hulme has been in her professional career for more than 30 years. Living in Montana, Janet is now a physical therapist consultant/author with two companies of her own, Phoenix Core Solutions and Phoenix Publishing. Phoenix Core Solutions provides information and products on health topics including back pain, pelvic pain, fibromyalgia, bladder and bowel dysfunction, balance, and ambulation. Phoenix distributes books, audio and video tapes, and associated products to professionals and the public. Janet's work has had a major impact on the women's health field. She has extensive involvement with chronic pain, bowel and bladder health, childbirth education, biofeedback, women's health clinics and entrepreneurship. The company is primarily national, although Janet has operated on a global level as well. Janet has always wanted to be a physical therapist from earlier one and enjoys new and exciting things. At this point in Janet's career her main focus is to network with like-minded professionals to share expertise. Within the next few years, Janet would like to get involved in the OB/GYN and urology area. Janet credits her success to her time at Standford University and all she has learned and overall her passion.
