Jennifer Hill, HR Consultant at CoAdvantage, is a HR management professional of over ten years. Having recently stepped into her current position, Jennifer is the on site HR manager, responsible for recruiting, employment development and the quarterly newsletter. Prior to working with CoAdvantage, located in Colorado, Jennifer worked for Goodwill Industries of Denver, a nonprofit organization, for eight years. There, she worked in several roles and was promoted several times, most recently serving as Training Coordinator. Jennifer is now looking to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and continue on to earn her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
