With over 16 years of experience in her field, Jennifer Kikkert is the President and Founder of Visualiiz Management Consulting, providing unprecedented assistance to various companies and organizations with process improvement, function analysis, and rate improvement by bringing attention to the waste that is often overlooked (i.e. wasting paper, spending too much time on things unrelated to work).
After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of New Brunswick, Ms. Kikkert enjoyed rapid success working in government consulting, but found that it was difficult to balance work and family with all of the required travel. She then decided to harness her entrepreneurial spirit and began her own company.
A dynamic public speaker, Ms. Kikkert is frequently requested to speak at conferences and seminars on understanding process and excellence, and has also been a keynote speaker. She also has her own website, visualart.ca.
Moving forward, Ms. Kikkert plans to expand her business and clientele while applying her core values of grit, passion and tenacity in all she does. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and long distance running.
