Jennifer Little is Principal at McKinney ISD, one of the fastest growing school districts in Texas currently enrolling over 24,500 students in 20 elementary schools, five middle schools, three high schools, one alternative campus and one early childhood education school. Jennifer has a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration from Dallas Baptist University (2005) and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin (1992). Prior to stepping into her role as Principal, Jennifer served as Assistant Principal at McKinney ISD for nearly five years. She is known for her expertise in business administration, executive office management, educational leadership, consulting, client management, executive staff development, and school district leadership. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys working out and reading.
