For the past 20 years, I have been at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. In my current role, I lead & direct a team of 18 full-time employees who specialize in design strategy, process & project management, presentation design, print production, photography production and overall design production for Starwood’s eleven hotel brands and other business related products & services

Jennifer McCarthy has been in her Professional career for more than 20 years, leading teams in the hospitality industry. Currently, she is Vice President of Brand Design Operations with Starwood Hotel and Resorts, where she oversees a team of 15, working with brand designs, graphic design, advertising, 3D advertising, project management, along with a list of other daily duties.
Jennifer holds a Bachelors in International Relations. She always had a general interest in marketing, never passed on up any opportunities, and since then it has been a natural progression for her.
At this stage in Jennifer's career, she is seeking to network with like minded professionals, and share her knowledge as well. She attributes her success to being guided and shaped by the right people and mentors.
