With over a decade of experience in her field and dynamic leadership skill, Jessica Arroyo manages all business operations for a brand called Deldia, a chicken related product. In this role, Ms. Arroyo handles all sales, finance, marketing and trade.
After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Economics from ITSEM (Tech De Monterey) in 2004, Ms. Arroyo went on to enjoy rapid success in her field. She worked for Tyson Foods before transitioning to Deldia. Moving forward, she hopes to ascend to a directorial position and to transition to living in the United States. Additionally, she hopes to network internationally with likeminded female professionals as much as possible, as she believes in the empowerment of women in the workplace.
When not engaged with work, Ms. Arroyo enjoys traveling.
