Jimena is the owner and Dietician of La Cocina de Jimena, where she prepares healthy food and delivers it to her clients, who are primarily elderly and recovering from illness. Jimena also is a very visible image for her country, working on a UN related project about violence against women. Prior to opening her own company, Jimena worked for a major corporation in food preparation for employees. She is hands on in every step of her food prep and cooking, from grocery shopping to cooking and delievring the meals herself. Jimena holds a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science and went on to complete a master's degree in Nutrition from McGill University in Canada. She was honored in Hydration for General Populations (2016) and Marketing and Communications (2015), and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
