After obtaining several years of experience, Jadwiga Kuczkowska entered the Human Resources field, initially beginning as a Consultant and Partner at H. Neumann International, a consulting organization. From there, she moved onto becoming a Trainer and Manager at a training company. Jadwiga also worked as the HR Director at Volkswagen Bank, Poland. In 1999, she founded Kuczkowska Lebiedzinska Konsulting, a training and consulting company. In 2006, the company was re-named PSI Polska. At the company, she leades appraisal/development projects, is responsible for training and individual coaching. Jadwiga is also responsible for outplacement processes for senior managers and prepares executive and direct search projects. She has prepared and accomplished a variety of advisory projects for companies such as Microsoft, Mölnlycke Health Care, Omya, OSRAM, Pfizer, PKN Orlen, PKP, Pliva Bar Group, PZU, Schering Plough, Sodexo, Storck, Teva, Tractel, V&S Luksusowa, Wyborowa / Pernod Ricard and others.
