Joane Demmerle has held the title of Regional Vice President, Eastern and Central Region, for the Standard Life Real Estate Group. She is with Standard life since April 2008, and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Joane is responsible for a team of professionals in asset management and leasing, also overseeing the third party manager for property management, construction and facility management. She is also responsible for elaborating the strategic orientations to sustain growth for the Eastern and Central region portfolio as well as developing strategic plans to optimize its profitability and value through acquisition, disposition and redevelopment activity. Joane credits her success to determination, flexibility, and being open-minded. Within the next 5 years, she aspires to hold a national Vice President position in real estate. Joane is fluent in English and French.
