Joan M. Laine has over 25 years of experience in her current field. She is a Transformation Specialist at Embracing Change. She is responsible for Leadership Transformation, Business & Leadership Coaching, Change Facilitation.
She has always been someone that has been curious and this is how she ended up in the change profession. Her company looks at providing transformation solutions for business during transition, and focuses on the people side of change. She is a Professional Coach and Prosci Change Practitioner.
She belongs to COMENSA (Coaching and Mentors of South Africa). In the next few years she would like to bridge the gap between corporate, small businesses and entrepreneurs through transformational leadership coaching solutions, which would include working with youth. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
