Joanne Aughey has had her business, Joanne's Resumes and Proofreading, since October of 2018 after founding and spearheading another company, Jo's Resumes for about 15 years. In this role, Recently, Joanne added LinkedIn Profile Writing to her repertoire. Joanne brings dynamic leadership skill and expertise in resume writing, proofreading, customer service, communications and personal development. After beginning her career in the corporate sector, Joanne decided to harness her entrepreneurial spirit into starting her own venture. Joanne holds her Bachelor's degree in General Humanities with a minor in Women's Studies from Montclair State University and she graduated in 1981. She is also a member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, National Resume Writers Association and the Editorial Freelancers Association. Moving forward, she would like to expand her business and to network as much as possible with likeminded female professionals. When not engaged with work, Joanne enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and watching horror movies from the 1950s.
