Jody Daniels is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She has been involved with teaching and healthcare for over 25 years. She has also been exploring and learning and practicing mindfulness for the past seven years. Jody speaks publicly about stress management, caregivers, mindfulness and energy management.She will be teaching at the Cambridge Health Alliance in the spring of 2016 about mindfulness. She finds seeing people come to life when they discover something new about themselves to be very rewarding. When not working she enjoys traveling, reading, and fitness.
