Johanna Närvä-Hakala is the Director of Commercial Management at Newsec Asset Management Oy. She has had a very successful career in all aspects of Real Estate for the past 20 years. She has mostly held management positions, and has also been involved in the management of properties.
The highlight of her career was in 2011 when she became Sales Person of the year for her firm. Johanna is well known as a tenacious negotiator and inspiring leader. She recently wrote an article in an Industry related magazine on The Future of Shopping Center Chains. Her vision for the future is to become CEO of a mid to large size company. She remains open and enthusiastic about exploring different Industries. She is fluent in English, Finnish, Swedish, German and speaks some Spanish and French.
