Johanna's formed the company in 1996 to consult and coach in the field of Human Resources; her professional background is in the field of Human Potential Development and Empowerment, with a primary focus on supporting people in teams and organizations. Her success is attributed to her ability to design programs and integral leadership trajectories to these companies that support improvement and empowerment via leadership training, team building and personal development which are based on an integral approach. New thinking parameters to manage complex issues in organizations and teams is part of her program; she designs programs and integral leadership trajectories that support improvement and empowerment via leadership training, team building, personal development based on an integral approach. Drawing from a vast body of work and life experience, Johanna is able work with Spiral Dynamics Integral and also use the integral theory of Ken Wilber, the U process of Otto Scharmer and the Appreciative Inquiry approach to design tailor-made programs and Leadership Trajectories. Her integral approach, which references internal factors such as the way people think, the way they feel and what values individuals and organizations have is at the core of her work. Particular strengths are inspiring and supporting people to understand the dynamic forces which influence human affairs and encouraging them to work more effectively and more collaboratively by managing peoples’ conflicting beliefs and values. Johanna is still able to find some time to give back to her community by volunteering her time to teach yoga to mentally handicapped children
