Jennifer is a Principal Consultant Psychologist at Harbour Future Leaders, specialising in leadership definition, assessment and development as part of a broader focus on Strategic Talent Management. Jennifer came to HFL from significant global human resource and talent management companies, where she held both general manager and partner status positions. At the same time, she managed local and global accounts and delivered in the role of executive consultant. Jennifer launched her career in Psychology working under the supervision of the Chief of Staff of the Cairnmillar Institute, and with respect to both counseling practice and organisational applications.  Early employment offered cross functional exposure, working with legal teams, a marketing company, and putting in place the Human Resource function for a trading firm. Jennifer has been fully focussed on the art of leadership as enacted by businesses across the globe for 14 years and brings her insights into coaching assignments.

Jennifer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in her field. Her success is driven by her passion for the field, her strong ethical values as well as her generosity, resiliency, strength, her warm encouraging and supportive nature. She aspires to obtain an executive leadership position providing talent management to an entrepreneurial start up, a national or multinational corporate enterprise.
